1. Pricing & Product Details
- All prices are factory-rated or wholesale prices.
- Prices are mentioned for a single piece unless specified as a set.
- All measurements are in inches (H - Height, D - Diameter).
- Specific colors or paintings are not available. Orders are dispatched in mixed colors.
- For collection/custom orders, minimum quantity required is 50 pieces per design in a single color.
2. Order Requirements
- Minimum order value required is ₹15,000.
- For assorted products:
- Minimum 10 pieces for items under ₹150.
- Minimum 5 pieces for items above ₹150.
- Orders above ₹1 Lakh get a 5% bulk discount.
- GST will be charged extra at 5%.
3. Packaging & Shipping
- Packaging charge is ₹110 per 20kg outer box.
- Packaging includes yellow grass protection and premium cardboard boxes.
- Transportation charges are extra and depend on quantity & delivery PIN code.
- Primary transport partner: Safe Express.
- For full-load orders, we use lorries and transport services.
4. Payment & Breakage Policy
- 50% advance payment is required at order confirmation.
- Remaining balance must be paid after final invoice before shipment.
- Order estimate with product images will be shared on WhatsApp or Email.
- If selected items are out of stock, alternative products will be offered.
- In case of transportation breakage, replacement will be sent with your next order.
